Cambridge to Hamilton Paddle Race
The Cambridge to Hamilton Paddle Race takes place on the beautiful Waikato River and is open to both serious and recreational paddlers alike, from Stand up Paddleboards to Wakas. Begin at the riverside reserve in Cambridge and work your way 23km downstream to the finish line at the Waikato Sports Fishing Club/ Hamilton city Hawks Club rooms.
For those wanting to tackle a lesser distance, there is also the option of entering the 11km half from the narrows landing.
The finish line for both events is the beach at the Waikato Sports Fishing Club/ Hamilton city Hawks Club rooms, which is situated on Grantham Street, Hamilton on the left side of the river.
