Why we support the Button Lunch
The Button Lunch is raising much-needed funds for the Waikato Breast Research Trust.
This Trust’s team is dedicated to obtaining the best outcomes for Waikato and New Zealand women through research. The Trust enables local and international clinical trials to discover best-practice treatments and care. Our Waikato Breast Cancer Register plays a key part in providing data that researchers can benchmark against international standards to ensure our patients are receiving the best cancer and treatment that can be offered. Research is the best weapon we have to fight breast cancer.
The afternoon is M’cd by Kylie Bax, with entertainment including Stan Walker, Jolanta Pacholek, and Anna Saxton (Saxi) singing, a Project Runway Fashion parade, a themed dance by Lana Smith, with gorgeous food by Montana Food and Events.
Fabulous local sporting heroes including Eric Murray, Mark Cooksley, and John MacDonald will be there too.
